How to Update Your Nuro Audio Plugins
Here are the steps to check the current version of Nuro Audio plugins you are using, as well as how to update your plugins.
Check Your Current Version
Click on the plugin logo (such as Xvox, Xvox Pro, Xpitch, Xrider, etc.) in the top-left corner of the plugin to show the Plugin Information screen. The current version of the plugin you are using will display here:
Checking for Updates
Click on the "Check for Updates" button in the bottom middle of the Plugin Information screen. This will open your browser and display the version history.
Downloading & Running Update Installers
On the Version History page, you will see buttons to download the latest version of your plugin. If that version is later than the version number displayed on your Plugin Information screen, then click the download button appropriate for your computer (macOS or Windows.)
- Download the update installer.
- Close all DAWs and Audio Applications on your computer completely before running the update installer.
- Run the update installer.
After updating, check your Plugin Information screen again to see that the version number has been updated!
Close all DAWs and Audio Applications
Before running any installers for plugins, always close all DAWs and any Audio Applications completely to ensure a successful installation.
